QuickBooks Payroll was not in our chart of accounts. I went to Vendors, changed the name from QuickBooks Payroll to CA EDD and made QB Payroll inactive. How do I now enter a memo? When I check Edit, it takes me to the original entry made by QB, but there is no memo or description line.
