Then you should try to convert your data to Pro. You can use old QB Desktop with a non subscription license to access your historical data for good. Contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for advise.

Thanks for getting in touch with the Community, CarSmart.
Since nothing's happening when you use your import button, I'd initially recommend using the Verify Data utility to troubleshoot. This identifies known issues within company files and informs users if their Rebuild Data option needs to be utilized afterwards.
Here's how it's used:
- Click Window, then Close All.
- In your top menu bar, go to File.
- Choose Utilities.
- Select Verify Data.
In the event its results show a "Your data has lost integrity," message, this indicates there's damage in your file. You can use the Rebuild Data utility to fix it. For specific errors, there may already be a resource for them on our support site.
If it displays a "QuickBooks detected no problems with your data," notification, or you've searched our help articles and didn't find any existing resources about the specific error it displayed, you can continue troubleshooting with the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
In the event your import button continues doing nothing after troubleshooting, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a great Monday!

Thanks. to confirm I understand.
- Click Window, then Close All. < I have done this in QB to make sure there are no files open. I have also tried this in Windows. Verify data is not available in QB. When i click on repair file and network under QB, Utilities in short File Doctor does not see the qbxml file at all
- In your top menu bar, go to File. again i am assuming this is in QB
- Choose Utilities.
- Select Verify Data. does not say verify data just Repair file and Network Problems
Thanks for your help
