How can I change the Invoice Paid Date for an invoice paid in full?

I logged in and marked an invoice PAID almost a week after the payment was received. The "Paid on" date automatically defaulted to the date I marked it as paid. I want to enter the actual date the payment was received.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, the payment date will be recorded when you mark the invoice as paid, Rodney.

You can submit your feedback through the mobile app so we can improve our product, as the option to enter the actual payment date in invoices is not available.

Here's how:

Tap the QB Assistant icon.
Type feedback and send.
Select Add a feature.
