RN only offers shared the server option to lower their prices but at the expense of performance. A server option with more than two users are recommended to use a dedicated server. Shared servers will be slow and have latency issues. You should purchase a license separately and host your QB on any authorized QB hosting provider. I would recommend to contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA via email directly. You can purchase a license (if needed) at a special price and they will also recommend official QB hosting providers for you to consider.
I got this info from my client after they contacted Fiat Lux last month.
Cost for 5-Users:
$349 (includes the first 3x users) + $64 ea for the additional users (x2) = $128 + $349 = $477 per month.
ANY 3rd Party Apps are an additional $10 per user per month.
AFTER 30 days in the hosting environment – if the client wants to pay up front for the year, the authorized hosting provider offers an additional 10% off for the year.
As you can see, the subscription fee for the QB hosting is indeed higher. However, when combined with the licensing fees offered by Fiat Lux, the total price is the same as RN, but with significantly better performance.
