I checked our list or reported issues and found a similar concern as yours. With this, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team. They'll add your account to the list of affected users so you'll receive email updates once resolved.
Here's how to contact us:
- From the Help icon indicated with a question mark, select Contact us.
- Enter your concern that you can't enter hourly rates to your employees on the Projects page.
- Then, click Let's talk.
- You have two options to connect with us. It can be through chat or call.
