Re: 2019 pro offline install

Hi there, Carolyn Mood.

Thanks for attaching a screenshot. You'll need to repair and reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework to fix this. Let me show you how.

The EXEAdapter.exe error typically occurs when the .NET Framework file is missing or damage on your windows operating system. Before performing some steps, please secure a backup of your company file first.

Now, run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic tool to check and repair damages windows components. Once done, start the installation again.

Here's how:

  1. Download the QuickBooks Install DiagnosticTool.
  2. When prompted, save the file to the local Desktop.
  3. Close any open programs and run it by double clicking the QBInstall_Tool_v2.exe.
  4. Once the diagnostic has completed, restart your computer to ensure proper update of components.

If the error persists, follow more detailed troubleshooting steps outlined in this article: Resolve EXEAdapter when installing QuickBooks Desktop.

From there, you shouldn't have any further issues. Please let me know on how this turns our. I'll be here to keep helping. Take care.
