This must be a challenging experience for you. This time, let me share some other options you can consider before you can change your email address for any of your Intuit subscriptions.


First off, you can log in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) page and change your email address. Here's how:

  1. Go to CAMPS Login page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Select and open your Intuit Online Payroll Workforce or QuickBooks Payments subscription.
  4. Review the details of your subscription and change your email address.

On the other hand, you can submit a request for changing your email address. Just enter all information need on this form and submit it. But please know that it'll take up to 3-4 business days so we can review your account before you can successfully change your email.
