You can schedule a call through the Help menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. You can also share the details of your concerns with me here in the Community. I'll make sure to address them with the right resolution.

- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern in the description field, then click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback.
