To clarify, are you referring to subscription charges? If yes, I have to get personal data to pull up billing.
I don’t want your account information displayed in the Community for safety purposes. I suggest you get in touch with our QBO Care Team.
One of our support agents can look into your subscription in a secure space. After reviewing, they’ll explain in details about the billing.
- Go to the Help menu to open the Search window.
- Then, scroll down to choose the Contact us link.
- In another window, type the issue/topic in the field box and hit the Let’s talk button.
- Choose Start messaging or Get a callback.
