Parallels Standard edition should be enough. You should install the trial license of it to make sure. You have to also prepare a license of Windows 8.1 or 10.
If by any chance you have a Windows machine, you may have another option to run QBD Windows on your old Mac. You can install QBD Windows on that machine and deploy a private cloud.
