In QuickBooks Desktop, you can use an expense account for Sirius XM radio charges. If you don’t have it yet, you can follow the outlined steps below to set it up.

1. Go to the Lists menu, then choose Chart of Accounts.
2. From the Account dropdown, click New.
3. Select an account type (expense), then hit Continue.
4. Complete the account details.
5. Press Save & Close.
