I'm coming back after not using QBSE for a year, and I noticed that my QB Payments account is closed. I tried to look online to reopen it or open a new one and have it linked to my QBSE account.
Is there a better way to get it reactivated again?

Unfortunately, if your merchant account has been closed you will need to apply for a new one.
To talk to a Sales agent please call 1-866-697-9600 and mention that you are signed up with Self-Employed. You will get setup with the right payments account and we can also help you link it to your SE account.

I called the number and only get an automated message and no live sales agent. Please help me reopen my merchant account so that I may be able to receive payments online.
