I do see the strange rendering going on with the address, I'm determined to help you get that fixed. I recommend running the PDF repair tool to see if that improves the outcome. The instructions below will help you get started:
- Head to the PDF repair tool guide.
- Scroll until you see the large, green Download button.
- Click the link to download the tool and follow the on-screen instructions to install and run it.
- Once it has finished, it's recommended that you restart your PC.
- Try sending another invoice PDF from QuickBooks.
