I'm looking to import clients in from a CSV file into my QB time customers area.
It gives me an option to delete all the existing customers and import a complete fresh set of customers. My question is would that delete the existing data we have for the clients on our previous timesheets?
Hi Adam114, thanks for your post - only the customer data will be overwritten with the import, no timesheets or other data will be deleted. Instead, these will appear with the customers name and (deleted) on the report.
