Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to save your work in QuickBooks Online.
As an initial step, I recommend clearing the cache in your browser. Sometimes QBO can get hung up when trying to perform actions such as saving if there is too much stored data in the cache. Clearing it will force the system to refresh so you can get your work done. For example, if you're using Chrome, here's how you'd get the clearing process done:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select History, then History once more.
3. Choose Clear browsing data.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Change the Time range to All time.
6. Click Clear data.
