Accountant Access - can't customize reports
One of my clients has given me accountants access for QB online. While I am able to access everything I need, for some reason I cannot fully customize any reports. I am used to seeing many options for customization including filters by client, number format, previous period comparison, etc., however these options are not available. I can only add/delete/reorder report columns. How can I get the full report customization capability? Thanks.
