Reports and accounting

Something that I noticed today while troubleshooting is that, after I confirmed and re-entered and saved the correct customer email address (and verified no spaces or symbols, etc.), the error report showed that it was still being sent to the old email address. Even after manually entering it in the Dashboard error message email address box, and resent it, it still bounced. This is pretty ridiculous because it is happening randomly with customers, and there is no way to confirm things are sent from whatever outgoing email being used by quickbooks.
