Let me share with you some information about invoices and the payments associated with it.

 

Getting the invoices to post the most recent invoices and arrange the payment accordingly is unavailable.

 

The Invoice and Received Payments report will display the payments at the top of the invoice transactions. It's how the report works in QuickBooks Online. As we can see in the report, the payment is being highlighted because we use other sales transactions aside from the invoices.

 

With that being said, the payment will be on the first line, followed by the transactions associated with it. This way, we can easily find out where the payment belong.
