If you're using an Android device, you're unable to download, categorize, match, and accept bank transactions. I recommend accessing your file using a browser when performing these tasks. Though, if it is an iOS device, let's open your data via a browser, then confirm a transfer. If it works, we'll have to clear the app data.
- From the Menu ☰ icon, select Help & Feedback.
- Choose Refresh Data.
- Click Refresh.
