Can someone help me contact customer support? On-line help does not work

I've been trying for 3 days to contact customer support. The Help system does not work for requesting a call back or starting a chat session.

I want to ensure you get the support you need, @rgschafer.

As of now, we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday due to COVID-19. To ensure your issue gets prioritized and addressed on time, I recommend contacting our dedicated support team during business hours.

You can also access our QuickBooks Online Support Team through this link: Contact support.

Please also know that the Community is full of experts who are knowledgeable in all aspects of QuickBooks. I'd appreciate it if you can provide more details about your post so I can able to address your concern.

Feel free to ask any questions below, and I'll work to get those answered for you. I'll be keeping an eye out for your reply. Take care!

This isn't the kind of experience I want you to have when contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support, @contact number.

We've updated our contact options in QBO. You're able to contact our Customer Care team through the Help menu. Just make sure to request a callback or start a chat session during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST. This to ensure we're able to address your concern on time.

In case you want to talk to one of our representatives, here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact details.
  7. Hit Confirm my call

I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.

On the other hand, the Tax collected at Source or TCS is calculated based on the sales value or (Scrap Value + GST). The TCS @0.075% government charge isn't available in the QBO US version. This is because it's a tax specifically for the India region.

The system won't automatically calculate the said tax and it won't show on the list of choices under the Tax column since it's currently isn't supported. However, you can create either a non-inventory product or service and then add it as a line item. From there, you can manually enter the calculated TCS @0.075%  charge when you create a transaction.

To create an item, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Products and services.
  3. Click the New button.
  4. Choose either Non-inventory or Service.
  5. Fill in the information needed.
  6. Select Save and Close.

Once done, apply or add the TCS @0.075% item on your sales or expense transaction. Please see the attached screenshot below for your reference.

I want to make sure you're updated with the system's latest news and feature upgrades. To do this, I'd recommend visiting our blog: The QuickBooks Blog. It also includes the link to the Quick Start Guide and QuickBooks Resource Center pages where you can find helpful articles to further guide you in managing your business.

Please know that you're always welcome to comment below if you have other concerns or follow-up inquiries about managing your taxes in QBO. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
