Including an invoice link with a follow-up email is a great idea. When you create and send an invoice to your customer, a link is automatically generated. Let me show you where to find it.
- From Sales, go to Invoices
- Locate the invoice
- Select the drop-down next to Receive Payment
- Choose Share invoice link
- Copy link
