Welcome to the Community. Let me provide some information about your QuickBooks account.

 

When you purchase a subscription, you'll be asked to view and agree with the product, payment, and pricing terms. It contains all the information you need regarding how we will bill your QuickBooks account.

 

I highly suggest reviewing the Intuit Terms of Service to determine if you're eligible for reimbursement. You can also contact our QuickBooks Support Team for further assistance regarding your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback or Start a chat

Our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday).
