Getting the correct billing charge for your subscription is my top priority. However, we're unable to call you and pull up your account here on this public forum using your contact information.
You'll want to check the exact amount of your billing in a private environment so that you'll know when to cancel it. Please, reach us by following these steps below:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online and then click the Help icon on the upper right menu.
- Tap Contact Us.
- Then enter a brief query, then hit Let's talk.
- Choose to Get a callback or Start a chat.
Please remember that we have cut our support hours from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM due to Covid-19.
