Can’t send invoices or receive payment. Did my prescription stop? Can I pay for one or two months only ?

I hope you're having a great weekend so far! That does almost sounds like a subscription issue. The best way to check is by logging in through a browser by going to:


Once we are logged in, we can follow the steps below:

1. Select Gear in the top right hand corner
2. Select Account and Settings under the first column
3. Select Billing and Subscription Tab

Once in our Billing and Subscription tab we can re activate our subscription if it is not already active, however, if you only want it active for two more month we will just have to be mindful to re cancel our subscription when the time comes so that we do not continue getting billed.

Hi ingrid5. Thanks for reaching out to the Community. It's important you're able to send invoices so you can get paid. I recommend following the valuable steps provided above by Lourdes. If the subscription looks good and you still can't send invoices I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies fixes most browser related issues.  You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. Once you've done this, try sending the invoice again and let me know what happens. I also suggest trying a private/incognito window and let me know what happens.
