Same issue, there's another thread about it in the forums, still no answer or update from QB reps, hopefully will be functional before 9am tomorrow!

Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working hard to get this resolved in a timely manner. If you would like your accounts to be added to the list of affected accounts, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community, as we will need some personal account information. You can reach us by following one of these methods:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Thanks for chiming in on this thread! Our engineers are currently working on this issue. Could you try these troubleshooting steps provided below:
- Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
- Try a browser if you're using the app
- Try a private browser window
- Try another browser type
- Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
- Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
- Uninstall the QuickBooks Online App, and re install it.
If you're still experiencing the same issue, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community by following on of the methods I have provided above.
