However, I can walk you through the steps to cancel your Self-Employed subscription within your account. This can be done by going to the Billing Info page.

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Billing info.
  3. Choose Cancel Now, and enter any feedback if you'd like.
  4. Select Cancel subscription.
