Thanks for posting - do you have a multi-currency bank account set up within your QuickBooks to post these to? 

Hi - yes I have USD bank account set up.  Do I upload USD transactions csv file as normal & QuickBooks will convert these into GBP?

You would just upload your CSV bank transactions into the USD account you have set up in Quickbooks.
