It's possible that you haven't entered the bank details in the Payment details field that's why it isn't showing on your invoices. You'll want to make sure that the field is filled out with your bank details to show on your invoices. I'll attach a screenshot below for your visual reference.1.PNG

However, if you enter the bank details in the field and still not showing, let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account using a private browser. This way, we can check if it's a browser data issue.


Here's how:


  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once logged in, go back and try to check your bank details on your invoices again to double-check.


If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 


If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
