To troubleshoot. please try clearing the cache within the app following the steps below:

  • Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
  • iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh
