If you've completed all the suggested troubleshooting steps, please contact our Chat Support Team. They might need to access your account to check why the mileage tracker isn't recording your trips. 


Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Please login to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Go to Help at the top right of any page.
  3. Select Contact Us, then fill in the Ask a question field.
  4. Choose Chat and fill out the requested details, then click Chat Now.

Visit us again in the Community if you need more help with QuickBooks Self-Employed.
