I'm here to help you remove an old accountant so you'll be able to gain access to your subscription, Waterwitch.

 

The error message indicates that the accountant is still the current master Admin or the subscription was created using his login. You can reach out to your accountant so he can remove you from the wholesale billing. This way, you will get full access to your account once you've updated your billing info.

 

However, if you're unable to get in touch with your accountant, I recommend contacting our support team so they can help you double-check your subscription and provide other ways on how to remove the accountant. Here's how:

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter "Error: Please try again?" in the description.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback.

Once you already have an access to your subscription, you can invite another accountant to take care of your books. Please read this article for your reference: Invite An Accountant To Review Your Accounting In QuickBooks Online.
