Thanks for keeping us updated with the results of the troubleshooting steps you've taken. I'm here to make sure everything is taken care of.

 

Changing your company name from made on your Company Information should show when you print invoices. If you're experiencing it the other way, you can try verifying and rebuilding your data in QuickBooks Desktop. This help detect and resolve data issues within your company file.

 

To Verify:

  1. Click File at the top menu.
  2. Go to Utilities.
  3. Select Verify.

To Rebuild:

  1. Click File at the top menu.
  2. Go to Utilities.
  3. Select Rebuild.

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
