Thanks for posting in the QuickBooks Community. I'm here to provide information about your data from the trial version.


Once you cancel or if your subscription expires, you'll have read-only access to your data for a specified time. For trial versions, your data will only be available for 90 days.


We recommend exporting or printing the data before the trial version expires. For more information about what happens to your data, you can check this article (scroll down to Data availability and export policies after cancelation):


What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?


If it's less than 90 days and you're unable to access your data, please give us a call. Our Phone Support Team will be able to check your account through the system and make necessary troubleshooting for the data.
