Hello there, @amorrison.


You can invite your user as a Company Administrator in QuickBooks.


Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top-right.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. Locate the user, then tick the Edit option under the Action column.
  4. In the User Type drop-down, pick the user type you want.
  5. Once done, hit Save.
