First, go to CAMPS and check the current status of your subscription. 

  1. Log in to
  2. Click your current product or subscription. 
  3. From the Product details, look for the Billing Information section.

Then once you’re done, go back to your QuickBooks Desktop and sync your account. Just go to the Help menu and then Manage My License and click on Sync License Data Online. Check this article for more information: What is CAMPs and how do I use it.


Also, make sure to get the latest release to have the latest features and fixes. Here's detailed guidance: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
