Based on your scenario, it looks like you've upgraded your QBSE subscription to the TurboTax Bundle via iOS. Also, the upgrade is before your next renewal date. That's why you're charged for the bundled price, and you only have self-employed access on the web. 


In line with this, I'd suggest contacting the Apple support team. From there, you can discuss with them your refund request. For more information, see Note under the Upgrade subscription on iOS section through this article: QBSE + TurboTax Bundle and How To Upgrade


As always, you can update your billing details with Apple Billing. Just go to Settings and choose your name. Then, select  iTunes & App Store. To learn more about this process, check out this article: Manage Your Payment Information With Apple Billing
