I'd like to help you get the correct period for your 941 forms, nancivnpac.


Our report shows that it was reported to our engineers and is now resolved. What we can do is perform some troubleshooting steps. 


Sometimes, your browser tends to store cache, which causes issues with your account. Let's open an incognito or private browser. This mode helps prevent the cache from being stored.


You can use the shortcuts below:

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer or Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

Then, go to and log in to your account. Once you're logged in, go check the 941 form.


If the period shows in 2020, then we can go back to your regular browser and clear the temporary internet file cache. This helps freshen up the settings on your browser.
