There are times that the program will not work how it used to be, I suggest updating your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to refresh the old program codes. Here's how you can do that.
- In your QuickBooks company, go to the Help menu.
- Select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click on the Update now tab.
- Hit Get Updates and wait for the confirmation pop-up.
- To confirm, click the OK button to restart your QBDT and finish the installation process.
