Allow me to provide some more information about reactivating your subscription.

 

You can reactivate your account subscription using the monthly option instead of the annual one. I'll include the steps below to show you how:

 

  1. Log into QuickBooks Online and choose the account you're closing.
  2. Navigate to the gear icon and click Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
  4. Press Subscribe in the box that contains your expired subscription plan.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to resubscribe to your account.
