I'd like to ask if we encountered an error when trying to reconnecting the bank. It's possible that the bank is having a maintenance that's why we're unable to see it. We can try logging into the bank's website if there are any notifications or alerts that needs to taken into account first.
In the meantime, we can manually add bank downloaded transactions manually. I'll show you how:
