Yes, you can have the QuickBooks Desktop 2020 registered under your name. Then, restore the file after installing.


First, try to check if QuickBooks Desktop 2020 is compatible with your desktop. Check this article for more information: System requirements for QuickBooks Desktop 2020


Once done, you can go to the Downloads & Updates page to get the download link for the version of QuickBooks you purchased.


From here, you can now activate your QuickBooks Desktop for Windows. See this download QuickBooks Desktop article for more information.
