My bank has been connected successfully for months. About two days ago I saw a message in QBO saying the bank account needs attention. When I click on the reconnect button, it defaults to my QBO login and gives me a message that it is the wrong login for the bank. I retype the correct login for my bank (verified in another browser to be correct) and it takes me to three options to receive a secure code. Any of the three options takes me to an error message stating that the bank connection is unavailable. I waited two days to see if it would clear up. Then I called the bank and they said that it is a QB issue. They do not support the connection and have no way to troubleshoot. The screenshots are attached. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
