Then, I'd suggest manually type the username and password when you sign in to your QuickBooks account. This is to make sure that you use the correct login credentials. However, if it shows that you entered the wrong credentials, you can click the I forgot my user ID or Password to recover your account.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend using a private browser or incognito window when accessing your QuickBooks account. This will eliminate any browser history that may cause unbehavior in QuickBooks. You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts below:
