In this case, I recommend you to get in touch back to our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team to investigate this further. They can also create a new investigation for this issue and once it has been open, you’ll be receiving an email notification about the updates and progress.

  1. Click this link:
  2. Select the version of QuickBooks, click Contact Us.
  3. Type-in Technical Support on the search bar. 
  4. And click Get the Phone number below.
