We need to make sure first that your bank doesn't have system maintenance. That will cause a connection error and will result in the transactions not downloading. You'll want to check or log in to your bank's website to see if there's an alert or notification.


Also, we can manually download them. Go to the Banking/Transactions tab, select Banking, then click the Update button. Learn more about what to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.


Another way we can bring in the transactions is by manually uploading them. We just need a file from your bank and import them into QuickBooks Online. Please check the detailed steps in these articles:
