Hi cyndi15,

 

I can understand how the bank connection would have a negative impact on your day.  Although the investigation appears to have been resolved, I do see that other QuickBooks customers continue to be experience the same issue.  For this reason, I encourage you to contact us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  This will provide our Customer Care team with the opportunity to review the issue in more depth, and re-escalate it for further evaluation with the Development Team.  In addition, you can follow this link to view more information about QuickBooks Online bank feed status reports.
