Re: Why does the bank feed keep missing transaction lines

Thanks for joining this thread, @tim-hall

QuickBooks Online (QBO) will automatically download your bank transactions if these transactions are worth less than 90 days.

Since you'll need to pick up the 11 months of your banking records for last year, you'll have to use the WebConnect process. First, you can a download a .CSV file from your bank's website. Here's are the steps:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. Follow your bank's online process to download your transactions to your computer.
  3. Choose the .CSV file.
  4. Map the file fields correctly
  5. Name the file you downloaded and save it in your computer.

After that, you can upload the file to QBO by performing the steps below:

  1.     Go to Banking from the left menu.
  2.     From the Update drop-down menu, choose File upload
  3.     Click Browse and choose the .CSV file from your computer.
  4.     Select Next
  5.     Click Let's go or Finish

The steps above will help transfer your bank transactions to the program, @tim-hall. Please know that I'm always here to help if you have other online banking concerns. Have a positive day!
