Hi there

I'm trying to set up bank feeds for our bank accounts. The message I have is 


Sorry, you don't have any valid accounts

You don't have any valid accounts to connect to at the moment. If you don't think this is correct, please get in touch with your administrator.


There is no error code mentioned.


Is this the same issue as 'no eligible accounts'?  I don't understand some of the comments above.  Is it to do with a change on Qbooks system or Natwest?
