Got online support. Had to:

  1. In QB: disconnect the offending account (In Chart of Accounts)
  2. Login to Barclays and copy URL
  3. In QB: Go to Banking > Add Account and paste the url in the field
  4. Follow the process and when asked, select the correct account from Barclays & reconnect to the corresponding QB Chart of Accounts entry
