Re: I need to import a budget prepared in excel. I don't want to have to key it in to QBO. Can I ...

I'm here to help locate your imported IIF budgets file, @Annicat.

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop, you can locate the imported budgets lists when pulling up your Budget Overview report.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Budgets & Forecasts and click Budget Overview.
  3. The imported budgets list should show on the Budget Report selection. Click the drop-down arrow to choose.

That should do it. If you need assistance in locating your budgets, you can contact our Desktop Support to help you in going through the steps. They have extra tools to locate it in a secure environment.

Also, if you need other references you can use in the future, you can visit our help site anytime.

Let me know if you have other questions about your imported IIF. I'm here to help.
